Service Engineer As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and service to our clients in overseas regions. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, completing customer training, and supporting regional managers in their daily work. Deliver top-notch technical support and guidance to clients in the overseas regions. Complete comprehensive customer service training and internal process implementation. Manage spare parts inventory and provide quotations as needed. Collaborate with regional managers to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes or hoists. Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is highly valued. Foreign language proficiency is also essential, with English and local languages being used as working languages. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes or hoists. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability, proactivity, and a passion for hands-on work.
