Estamos à procura de um Consultor de Negócios Dynamics 365, para nosso escritório em São Paulo.
Como Consultor de Negócios Dynamics 365 na Fagron, você trabalha na intersecção de TI e processos de negócios. É um parceiro de aconselhamento e de treinamento completo para as outras filiais do Grupo Fagron.
A sua missão é analisar as necessidades do negócio e convertê-las em requisitos funcionais. Também gere implementações com o objetivo de transpor os requisitos comerciais para aplicações de TI, como a nossa plataforma global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou PowerApps, de forma optimizada. A sua atividade centrar-se-á nos processos de produção, gerenciamento de inventário (full WMS).
Juntamente com a equipe interna de consultores, será responsável pela implementação global do Dynamics 365 F&SCM. Procuramos alguém que pense de forma ágil e que consiga envolver os outros de forma entusiasta e enérgica na adoção de novas soluções.
Suas principais responsabilidades serão:
- Analisar e definir os requisitos comerciais, tendo em conta a viabilidade técnica, o orçamento, o calendário e a arquitetura existente para cumprir os nossos requisitos de qualidade GxP;
- Converter os requisitos em especificações funcionais, que são a base para a análise técnica e o programa de trabalho;
- Implementar todo o âmbito do projeto, desde a detecção de problemas até à supervisão e prestação de apoio à implementação;
- Formar e orientar os utilizadores internos para que utilizem eficazmente as aplicações;
- Atuar como gestor de contas das empresas e promover a estratégia de Gestão da Informação;
- Promover e estimular continuamente o desenvolvimento ágil e impulsionar a melhoria contínua da qualidade no que respeita ao panorama das aplicações informáticas.
Você tem as seguintes qualificações, experiências e competências:
- Experiência com Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 (WMS avançado e Produção);
- Experiência com a Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows);
- Conhecimento das metodologias Prince2, Lean, Scrum e/ou Agile;
- Capacidade para apresentar soluções inovadoras e trabalhar de forma independente numa cultura de resultados;
- Excelente domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita.
