About the Team
The team is responsible for providing 1-on-1 management to a number of talent agencies to drive their further success on TikTok Shop by providing development strategy, trainings, data insights, marketing and brand partnership opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify, onboard and incubate CAP's, talent agencies or organizations to develop their e-commerce talents and drive agency business on TikTok Shop;
2. Design development strategy for agency partners to drive their sales and creator number growth - identify goals, opportunities and approaches;
3. Provide all accessible support to support agency partners including education, traffic, data insights, brand partnership opportunities, marketing resources and so on;
4. Maintain firm and sustainable relationships with partners and build long-term trust and partnerships;
5. Motivate partners by providing regular development report, data insights, brand partnership opportunities and other practical support available;
6. Solve key challenges in agency or agency creator growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
7. Support agency partner incentive policy designing, contract signing and payment fulfillments.
**Qualifications**:
1. 8+ years experience of key account growth or agency partner growth, a mixed experience in e-commerce, business development and creator agency side is highly preferred;
2. Strong connections with talent agencies/MCNs is preferred;
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
4. Down-to-earth spirit, can be very detailed and hands-on when needed;
5. Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
6. Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus;
7. Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred.
