Estamos buscando um Super Head of Growth para apoiar na construção da maior e mais amada rede de logística digital. Topa esse desafio?
Somos uma startup que atua no segmento do varejo e logística, apoiando os pequenos e médios empreendedores a se tornarem mais competitivos no mercado e a alavancarem suas vendas.
Por isso, precisamos do apoio de um super profissional de Growth com experiência, que se identifique com o nosso propósito, que tenha muita energia para somar no time de Marketing e com a empresa, para crescer (muito) com a gente.
Responsabilidades:
- Elaborar a estratégia de crescimento acelerado, calculando e estimulando ROI de cada canal de aquisição da SuperFrete;
- Desafio de crescer a nossa aquisição orgânica e construir um modelo saudável;
- Desenvolver novos canais de aquisição para diminuir a dependência de Google e Facebook;
- Owner dos principais KPIs que movem o modelo de growth da Superfrete;
- Gestão dos times de CRM, SEO e Mídia Paga.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Formação em exatas nos seguintes cursos: Engenharia, Estatística, Física ou Matemática;
- Conhecimento avançado em Mídia Paga, Google Ads e Facebook Ads e similares;
- Conhecimento avançado em CRM;
- Conhecimento avançado em SEO/ atração orgânica;
- Conhecimento em Growth para Apps;
- Experiência profunda em operar campanhas de mídia digital para apps – otimização diária, buscar novas soluções/segmentações/ferramentas ou formatos;
- Experiência e habilidade de liderar times remotamente;
- Perfil analítico, estatístico e lógico, com habilidade de análises profundas.
