Responsabilidades

  • Com foco no cliente, impactar 100 empresas até 2026, através das nossas soluções agregando valor ao negócio do cliente.
  • Com foco no outbound, prospectar de forma ativa novos leads conforme plano de prospecção estabelecido pela gerencia comercial; atuar como o principal ponto de contato em todos os assuntos relacionados às preocupações e necessidades do PROSPECT/CLIENTE.
  • Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com PROSPECTS/CLIENTES para alcançar parcerias de longo prazo.
  • Manter registros de clientes base no CRM, controlando todas as atualizações e renovações de contratos; desenvolver uma compreensão completa de nossos produtos e ofertas de serviços para melhor upsell e vendas cruzadas para os clientes.
  • Principal responsável para a estratégia junto a fornecedores (interno e externo) para atender ao cliente.
  • Funcionar como o primeiro ponto de contato do cliente com a empresa, gerar vendas e identificar oportunidades de negócios dentro da carteira de clientes.
  • Buscar novos clientes, expandindo a carteira; fazer a qualificação do cliente, identificando as principais DORES.
  • Criar a Conta no CRM; Criar a Oportunidade no CRM; Fazer a Apresentação da Proposta ao Cliente; Fazer a qualificação do cliente.
  • Fazer a ponte entre o pedido do cliente e a equipe interna; Gerenciar de forma personalizada as demandas do cliente dentro da empresa; manter a fidelização.
