About The Role The Account Manager role at Billor is a data-driven position, focused on delivering excellent customer service. The Account Manager is responsible for helping our truck drivers achieve their goals while following all safety and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, using data to meet the needs of different driver profiles. Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, seeking profitable options and competitive rates per mile and per load. Monitor driver activities to optimize use of service hours per driver. Balance drivers’ home time requests with the operational need for billing for both the driver and the company. Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce turnover. Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve issues until delivery. Complete administrative tasks, monitor driver progress, and ensure required documentation is attached for cargo billing. Update load information from pickup to delivery in the Billor platform. Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers. Monitor fleet status throughout the day and keep internal and external stakeholders updated. Track fleet and revenue performance indicators. Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with the customer (driver). Requisitos Fluent in English and Portuguese. Have high negotiation skills. Passionate about customer service. Communicate assertively with a focus on solving problems. Be resilient and persistent, able to work with different profiles. Have commercial skills and experience with aggressive goals. Previous experience as an account manager. Proactivity and focus on results.
