Estamos contratando: Account Manager – Marketing Médico | Vaga presencial em Joinville/SCVocê é apaixonado por comunicação, organização e estratégia?Gosta de lidar com pessoas, entender seus objetivos e transformar ideias em resultados reais?Então essa vaga é pra você.Somos uma agência especializada em marketing médico, focada em posicionar médicos e clínicas com ética, autoridade e propósito.Buscamos um(a) Account Manager que será o elo entre nossos clientes e o time interno — alguém que entenda o universo da saúde, tenha olhar estratégico e saiba criar relacionamentos de confiança.O que esperamos de você:* Gerenciar uma carteira de médicos e clínicas, mantendo um relacionamento próximo e proativo;* Entender o posicionamento de cada profissional e traduzir suas metas em estratégias de marketing;* Repassar briefings claros para o time criativo e acompanhar todas as entregas;* Garantir que tudo esteja de acordo com as normas do CFM (ética sempre em primeiro lugar );* Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e apresentar resultados com clareza;* Contribuir para o crescimento e fidelização dos clientes.Requisitos:* Experiência anterior com gestão de contas ou atendimento em agências;* Boa comunicação, organização e empatia;* Noções sólidas de marketing digital (redes sociais, tráfego, branding, funil de conversão);* Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e gerenciar múltiplos projetos.Diferenciais que encantam:Experiência com marketing médico ou da saúdeConhecimento das regras do CFMVivência com relatórios de performance e apresentações executivas.O que oferecemos:* Contrato PJ + bônus por performance* Cultura leve, colaborativa e com propósito* Oportunidade de crescimento real dentro da agência.Se você se identifica com esse perfil e quer fazer parte de um time que transforma a comunicação médica com ética e excelência, envie seu currículo + cases para: com o assunto: "Vaga Account Manager – Marketing Médico"Venha crescer com a gente e ajudar médicos a construírem marcas sólidas e humanas.
