The Business Development Manager is responsible for activating new customers, partnerships and integrations for Tylt Money, leading to demonstrable revenue growth from the get go. You will be responsible for onboarding customers (PSP's and end merchants) to Tylt's crossramp solution for Brazil. The Tylt crossramp solution is ideal for igaming and forex clients who are looking for a fiat to stablecoin settlement process. You will be responsible for onboarding customers (PSP's and end merchants) to Tylt's crossramp (fiat to USDT) solution for Brazil and other markets.

In this role, you'd be working closely with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and end merchants, managing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive payment processing performance. It's an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in the payments space, build key relationships, and contribute to our growth.

The ideal candidate has been in the high risk payments vertical for 5+ years, and has an existing network of merchants / PSP's / potential customers to bring to the table from day one.

Salary : 50K USDT plus uncapped commission + discretionary bonus

Location : Remote, but we have a preferance for candidates in LATAM or Dubai

The role also focuses on identifying new market opportunities, expanding the company's presence, and fostering long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, and local agents. Ultimately, the Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in securing sustainable business growth and ensuring long-term success

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential customers for Tylt's crossramp solution for Brazil
  • Reach out to existing contacts from forex, igaming, and high risk vertical categories and pitch the Tylt crossramp solution to them
  • Attend trade shows, expos, and events in the payments and igaming spaces, while representing Tylt and sourcing new business development opportunities
  • Drive the business development strategy for the team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that your business development efforts are aligned with Tylt's marketing objectives
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that you have the tools and resources to succeed, while ensuring that you are up to date on the latest development updates of Tylt
  • Work alongside other Business Development Managers, coleading a dynamic Business Development team
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, local agents, and other stakeholders in the space
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development, in the high risk payments space
  • Strong, existing stack of leads and contacts, which you will be able to leverage and tap into from day 1
  • Ability to build out a 30, 60, and 90 day plan of action to develop new Business Development
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to build and nurture high-impact partnerships
  • A knack for innovation, always looking for new avenues for expansion
  • A leadership mindset that empowers teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral)
  • Any other language will be an advantage

  • The role can be either in Dubai, LATAM, or remote
