We’re looking for a Software Engineer who loves building systems that automate the real world — at the crossroads of AI, automation, and scalability. Your Mission Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and automation workflows that drive global operations. Automate Everything – Design microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Integrate the Ecosystem – Connect Base360.ai with partners like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio through clean, reliable integrations. Design for Scale – Build fault-tolerant, event-driven systems that can handle millions of transactions in real time. Collaborate Across Borders – Partner with product, data, and operations teams to bring automation to life in the physical world. Ship Fast, Learn Faster – Iterate quickly, measure impact, and scale what works. You’re a Great Fit If You Have Strong experience with Node.js, React, and/or Python (FastAPI). Familiarity with AWS (serverless stack) and API-first architectures. Experience with databases, microservices, and real-time systems. A builder’s mindset — fast, pragmatic, and obsessed with elegant solutions. Curiosity about automation, AI, and real estate tech. A bias for action — you move ideas to production, not slide decks.
