Join our Commodities and Global Markets team is Sao Paulo Brazil as a Client Operations Program Oversight Associate. The Client Operations Program Oversight Associate will provide concierge style support to our Sales and marketing staff, responsible for all client onboarding and lifecycle management activities. In this role, you will be joining a high performing and accountable team and engage with end-to-end stakeholders, including clients, business, operations and various support and risk groups and will be responsible for determining and escalating high risk triggers and other potential risk findings and the maintenance of accurate and complete data and documents into our customer databases and conducting quality assurance reviews. You will also ensure our clients' expectations at onboarding (and refresh) are clearly managed from requirement requests through to sourcing completion, and they have direct support throughout the process. You'll be required to rapidly build and maintain credible relationships, navigating and coordinating across stakeholders at all levels across the organization. What you offer Five years of Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) experience gained in a financial service, commodities and markets or consulting environment Proficient in both the written and spoken Portuguese and English languages Strong knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant KYC regulations will be critical for this role Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and enjoy solving problems and ability to work within a multi-paced and dynamic environment which welcomes constructive input and innovative ideas from all members of the team.
