Our client is looking for a Fund Operations Cash Associate to join their team in São Paulo. The individual will focus on organizational and project management skills, as hability to multi-task and lead many ongoing initiatives, proven track record to deliver on assigned responsibilities through pursuing excellence, outstanding attention to detail, and using communication skills. The professional main responsibilities will be lead efforts of onboarding new Brazil and international fund transitions, monitor the NAV calculation of the companys mutual funds by vendors.

RESPONSABILITIES
Oversee calculation of investible cash, maintain cash buffers, and oversee the general trade workflow for the Brazil fundsMonitor accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of NAV calculation of PIMCO's mutual funds by vendorsMonitor local fund's portfolios compliance with their s determined by their prospectus and regulatory classificationRespond to inquiries regarding shareholder transactions and onboarding from various internal and external groupsProvide vendor oversight of transfer agents and other vendors who provide operational services for the mutual fundsMaintain relationships with third-party intermediaries for fund setup and maintenanceLead efforts of onboarding new Brazil funds and other local fund transitionsMonitor revenues and expenses of the Brazil fundsSupport the U.S. funds business with the timely and accurate reporting of U.S. trade activity and material pre-trade notifications to the front office and the operational oversight of P.M.s discretionary trading in U.S. fundsOversight of fund and client portfolio events involving mutual funds and transfer agenciesDrive multiple projects related to workflow and system/application enhancements to optimize efficiencies and mitigate risk both internally and across service providers

REQUERIMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor's DegreeFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus1 -3 years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, or accounting.Knowledge of mutual fund tax and regulatory reporting is desirableMedium-to-advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, particularly with data analysis and in writing macros; experience with SharePoint, SQL, Python, or visual basic a plus
