Office Operations Associate

The Team:
At Datadog, Office Operations run the day-to-day operations for Datadog and help to keep our employees safe, happy and productive, which means every day is different. Office Operations work closely with leadership and employees to ensure that Datadog keeps scaling smoothly and remains a great place to work.

The Opportunity
Datadog is looking for an Office Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Sao Paulo to help us with a range of responsibilities to support our rapidly-growing office. You'll help keep our employees safe, happy and productive, which could mean ensuring we're not running out of espresso beans and pretzels, planning an event for 80 people, or hosting a 50 guest meetup into our Sao Paulo office - every day will be different.

This is an in-office, 5 day a week, position.

What You'll Do:

• Arrange monthly fun & surprise events for employees
• Work with IT & People Operations staff to set up employees for success
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with building management & other vendors
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure this office is in great shape and address concerns directly to keep our office a great place to work
• Maintain mailroom and office supplies, and keep the office stocked with food, snacks and pantry supplies
• Reviewing vendor orders and ensuring consistency with business needs
• Support office moves and build-outs
• Assist operations management with ad hoc projects

• Possess good spreadsheet skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced company
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
