The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating outbound calls, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves managing schedules effectively, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and providing excellent customer service to establish trust and build strong client relationships.The RoleWe're looking for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team and book qualified meetings for our clients. You'll be on the front lines of outbound, working high-volume calling campaigns across multiple industries. This isn't a role for someone who wants to coast—we run aggressive targets and expect consistent execution.What You'll DoExecute + outbound dials daily across client campaignsFollow proven scripts while adapting to prospect responses in real-timeBook qualified appointments that meet strict ICP criteriaManage Inbox communicationCollaborate with Campaign Managers and Strategists on targeting and messaging refinementsHit weekly and monthly meeting quotas consistentlyWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience in B2 BProven track record of hitting quota—bring your numbersComfortable with rejection and high-volume activityClear, professional phone presenceReliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setupCoachable with a no-excuses attitude toward performanceBonus PointsExperience in lead gen agencies or sales development rolesFamiliarity with dialers, CRMs, and outbound tech stacksBackground calling into professional services, manufacturing, or mid-market B2 BCompensationBase + performance bonuses tied to meetings booked. Top performers earn significantly more.
