**What you'll do**
**Position Title**:SAP Field Service Management iXp Intern - Product Support
**Location**:São Leopoldo, Brazil
**Expected start date**: September 2025
As a Product Support Intern, you will:
- Help solve customer challenges by analyzing and resolving known issues
- Research and provide solutions using Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), documentation, and configuration review
- Create and update KBAs to share knowledge and collaborate with peers through forums and team discussions
- Participate in training sessions (virtual and in-person), mentoring, and self-paced learning to build your technical and business expertise
- When needed, escalate technical issues to development teams
- Support our customers via real-time communication channels
**What you bring**
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (from 2nd semester and with at least 24 months remaining before graduation)
- Advanced English skills — both written and verbal — to engage effectively with global colleagues and customers
- Interest or ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- No prior work experience is required — you'll be supported by a mentor and training resources
- Nice to have (not required):
Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, CoreSQL, MSSQL)
- Understanding of business or ERP processes
- Knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
