Manufacturing Strategy Specialist

The Manufacturing Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic Operation decisions at ACIM level, mostly focused on Footprint and Verticalization.
Be the central support for development of strategic business cases and the main link between Operations and other central areas in strategic discussions.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Consolidate volume/demand information from all 3 platforms and connect with line capacities - be the direct link between Operations x Sales x S&OP;
- Perform studies of capacity and support the development of the 5 Years Strategy Review at ACIM level;
- Support the development and validation of business cases and RINGIs for major Operations projects (FPS + Verticalization);
- Consolidate at ACIM level idle capacity and assets information;
- Consolidate all Verticalization initiatives at ACIM level - be the direct link between Operations and Direct Procurement;
- Validate Transformation Cost information and analyze verticalization business cases.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Educational requirement: Engineering/ Administration/ Similar Degree;
- Knowledge in Project management;
- Knowledge in Spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets, etc);
- Presentation skills (PPT, G Slides, etc);
- Finance/ Accounting (enough experience to support development of complex business cases);
- Possibility to travel often/ future relocation;
- Fluency in English language.
**Good to have**:
- Operations experience; Business / sales experience; S&OP experience; Strategic Planning experience.
