Product Lifecycle Manager

You extend our product lifecycle management team and contribute to the team's mission of ensuring the readiness and availability of product manufacturing data. You maintain the product lifecycle states by driving product changes, including official customer communication (PCN, EOL, Quality notifications). You discuss component changes within product management, R&D, and procurement, and coordinate the execution of changes from development to verification and validation. You own product and material compliance data such as RoHS, Conflict Minerals, RACH, and other data like MTBF numbers.
Besides this, you drive continuous improvements in all product lifecycle aspects, including improving internal and external processes and leveraging automation and modern tooling.
**What you will do**:
- Maintain and communicate product states from "In Development" to "Obsolete"
- Work closely with product management, R&D, and procurement to ensure long-term product availability
- Assess and decide on product change requests
- Coordinate product change execution
- Monitor and update product and material compliance topics (ROHS, Conflict mineral, REACH, etc.)
- Be in contact with component suppliers to understand their roadmaps and to coordinate on non-conformity cases
- Review and improve product lifecycle management processes and alignment with other stakeholders
**What you bring**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in electronic/industrial product lifecycle management
- Technical background, e.g. Electrical engineering or similar education
- Fluent in English written and spoken (B2)
- Speaking and reading German is a big plus
