La oportunidad:
Dar soporte técnico de primer nível a los usuarios de Gildan. Brindar atención telefónica, remota y asistencia en uso de las herramientas de IT básicas a todos los usuarios.

**Responsabilidades**
- Atender los requerimientos de los usuarios por medio del sistema de manejo de incidentes utilizado por el Helpdesk.
- Contestar todas las llamadas recibidas por el número asignado al Helpdesk y atender los requerimientos hechos por usuarios.
- Análisis primario y recopilación de información para incidentes de aplicaciones (JDE, NAF, etc.)
- Manejar la herramienta de administración de incidentes utilizado por el Helpdesk, para realizar la clasificación de las llamadas/requerimientos y asegurar su correcta distribución a equipos que darán solución.
- Instalar y configurar dispositivos periféricos.
- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos asignados por el Supervisor
**Los requisitos**
- Egresado de carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas o carrera afín. Como excepción, estudiante de último año con experiência comprobada
- 2 años de experiência laboral (ideal pero no indispensable)
- Habilidad de resolución de problemas
- Flexiblidad y adaptación a ambientes cambiantes.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office y Sistemas Operativos Windows.
