Position Sales Consultant – Remote (Latin America) – Commission‑Based / Independent Contractor Company Bluenet Solutions (USA) Location Remote in Latin America Compensation High‑commission structure with performance bonuses About Us Bluenet Solutions is a top‑performing authorized dealer for AT&T, Xfinity, and other major U.S. telecom providers. Headquartered in the United States, we specialize in delivering mobile, internet, and smart‑device solutions to immigrant communities across the U.S. We are expanding our sales reach and are seeking a sales expert based in Brazil to join our international remote team. What You’ll Do Sell wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services to Mandarin‑speaking customers in the U.S. Conduct consultations via WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone Manage leads generated through our ad campaigns and landing pages Guide clients through the sales process and assist with onboarding Collaborate with our U.S. operations and remote teams Provide feedback to improve outreach and customer experience What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in telecom, tech, insurance, or international services Fluency in English Experience closing high‑ticket or recurring‑sales deals Strong communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skills Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Self‑motivated, accountable, and performance‑driven What You’ll Get High commissions per sale Flexible work hours – a fully remote position Training on our products, systems, and the U.S. market Opportunity to grow into a team leader or regional partner Opportunity to develop into a leadership role within the remote sales team.
