The foundation of our work and approach is based on the talented people (heroes) that helpThe Role: Talent Acquisition LeadYou’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across site and central teams—PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory/SSU, QA, Site Directors, and central ops. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that let us activate sites quickly. You’ll own sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and the data that guides both.
