Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist We're seeking an expert in education and creativity to design engaging courses that teach software skills and earn certifications. Create learning experiences that bridge the gap between education and creativity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop courses that are both effective and enjoyable. Ensure content is grounded in evidence-based learning science and instructional strategies. Better learners through thoughtful suggestions on pacing, flow, visual engagement, accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical alignment. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in education, instructional design, or curriculum development, with experience creating or reviewing digital learning content. A key aspect of this role is Creative Review, where you'll watch video lessons through the student's eyes and suggest ideas to enhance learning, such as on-screen callouts, animations, and moments of humor. Key Qualifications: Strong educational background in instructional design or curriculum development. Experience creating or reviewing digital learning content.
