Job Title Paid Media Campaign Manager Job Overview As a Paid Media Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel paid media strategies to achieve business objectives. Analyze campaign data daily to inform targeting, bidding, and creative decisions. Manage client budgets and drive consistent return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicator (KPI) achievement. Develop and maintain high-quality media plans, leveraging insights from analytics tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance-driven media briefs. Present strategic recommendations and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner. Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Experience with Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads is required. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Rockerbox, and Supermetrics is essential.
