Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Identity Security Strategist to champion our identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions across Latin America. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strategic relationships with clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a strong presence in the region, expanding our market footprint, and contributing to the success of our sales teams. You will work closely with account executives to lead technical discussions, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate solution design sessions to engage potential clients. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with sales teams to create, move, and close pipeline opportunities. Collaborating with partners and distributors to offer enablement, facilitate shared learning, and work together to close business opportunities. Diving deep to understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives, recommending tailored technical solutions that precisely address their requirements. Conducting comprehensive technical presentations and Proof of Value (POV) sessions, ensuring prospective clients clearly understand the value provided. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in identity and access management (IAM), specifically in IGA. Your expertise should encompass: Active Directory environments, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation protocols, cloud identity services, and federated applications. Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related identity federation technologies. Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, network security, and the architecture of IAM/IGA solutions.
