Team/ Role Paragraph: As a key member of Coinbase’s S2P Team, the Senior Sourcing Manager will oversee the process of procuring real estate and related services. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy to acquire, lease, and manage a company\'s real estate portfolio. This manager will work closely with various internal departments to ensure that real estate decisions align with the company\'s business goals, financial objectives, and long-term strategy. The role is less about day-to-day transaction management and more about high-level planning, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building with brokers, developers, and other key partners. The role demands expertise in managing internal teams, vendor relationships, and financial risk mitigation strategies, while embodying Coinbase\’s values: Act Like an Owner, Clear Communication, Customer Focus, Efficient Execution, Continuous Learning, and Positive Energy.
