Project Manager (Senior) Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on fixed-price and short-term projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes developing and executing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle;
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction;
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities;
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and career development;
  • Implement best practices in project management, continuously improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;
  • Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team promotions and internal career progression;
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to build strong project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level.
