We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Brazil.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate and control team activities, including technical implementation tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities to achieve desired results
  • Prepare project execution plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meet technical requirements, and achieve business objectives
  • Manage budget and schedule
  • Select, develop, and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution
  • Align the project team around the project\'s vision, strategy, goals, methodology and business objectives
  • Manage project resources and external stakeholders such as subcontractors and service suppliers
  • Lead regular project reviews with external and internal stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders
  • Coordinate and maintain program communications
  • Ensure project results are of the highest caliber, meeting technical and behavioral objectives, business case targets, and planned value
What We Are Looking For
  • Project Manager with 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Experience leading projects as a service provider
  • Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience in IT Project management plus applicable schooling/certifications
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
What Would Be a Plus
  • Project Management certifications
  • Experience in managing projects in a Retail context and/or experience with Oracle Retail suite of applications
