Key Role We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Project Manager to oversee the coordination and implementation of various IT projects within our organization. This position involves ensuring that all components of the projects are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet our strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities Leadership and Technical Guidance: As a technical lead, you will ensure that project implementations align with our architectural design, guiding cross‑functional teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Comprehensive Solution Development: You will develop and implement integration plans for IT projects, assess compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation. Project Management: Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocate and manage resources effectively, monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process. Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
