Enterprise Automation Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Automation Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our automation division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, automating workflows, and integrating ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools. Architect and implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Requirements: Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required. Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
