Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules. Customization and Automation: Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Integration and Architecture: Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Instance Management: Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Requirements: Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
