Contract legal analyst

We re looking for a talented and passionate Contract Legal Analyst, to join CAF s legal team. 

As the Contract Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a systemic view of the company s business, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and threats in relation to commercial transactions at the national and international level.

What you ll do

• Formalize and analyze the Contracts, Amendments, Terms of Termination and Notifications;

• Acting in the discussion of clauses, control of deadlines and internal signatures in legal documents;

• Elaboration and revision of consultations and opinions;

• Elaboration of KPI s for control and management of licenses and contracts;

• Control the licensing of systems, monitor indicators related to licensing and monitor the use of systems so that licensing rules are complied with;

• Monitor business processes in order to optimize them for productivity, cost reduction and quality improvement;

• Archiving and managing contracts in Sales Force;

• Respond to Due Diligences and requests for documents and certificates;

• Information management and construction of control spreadsheets;

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of Legal Operations processes and systems;

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal and termination of agreements;

• Collaborate with the legal and technology teams to integrate technology solutions into legal processes;

• Assist in the management of legal projects, ensuring execution within planned timelines and budgets;

• Keep files and records of contracts and other legal documents up to date.

• Support the legal team in other activities as needed.

What you ll need

• Contracts Knowledge;

• License to practice law (OAB) active;

• English advanced;

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;

• Stay informed about new technologies for evaluating, redesigning or innovating processes.

• Knowledge in software contracts is desirable;

• Skills in discovery meetings with the business area is desirable.
