Drive Growth in Genomics and Molecular Biology This role requires a strong scientific foundation combined with commercial acumen to develop and execute strategic sales plans for sequencing and automation solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within universities, hospitals, research institutes, and biotech companies. Scientific Collaboration & Support: Provide consultative pre- and post-sales support to ensure customers achieve optimal experimental outcomes. Market Intelligence & Planning: Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records using CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of genomics, molecular biology, or biotechnology, and hands-on experience with NGS workflows, DNA/RNA sequencing, or lab automation. A proven track record of achieving sales goals through science-driven engagement is required. Responsibilities include staying ahead of market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. In addition, they will maintain accurate records and data to inform business decisions.
