Job Opportunity Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a highly rewarding role in our organization. As a Scientific Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and engagement within the scientific community.Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and research partners.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within universities, hospitals, research institutes, and biotech companies.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities As a Scientific Sales Specialist, you will be expected to : Provide consultative pre- and post-sales support to ensure customers achieve optimal experimental outcomes. Collaborate with field application scientists to deliver a seamless scientific and technical experience. Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to demonstrate the impact of our technologies on research and clinical applications. Market Intelligence and Collaboration You will be responsible for staying ahead of market trends in genomics, molecular biology, and precision medicine to identify new growth opportunities. Represent our organization at scientific conferences, trade shows, and regional events as a trusted partner in the life sciences community. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and R&D to align customer feedback with product innovation. Reporting and Planning You will be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records using CRM tools. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed objectives. Requirements A strong scientific background, preferably in genomics, molecular biology, or biotechnology. Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing workflows, DNA / RNA sequencing, or lab automation. Education and Skills A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; a master's or Ph.D. is preferred. Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate to advanced skills in Spanish. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel up to 50% across Brazil. Benefits Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
