About The Team/role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Manager to strengthen our Restaurant SaaS growth in Brazil. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance in your assigned region, leading a small team of Field Sales Representatives, and ensuring restaurants successfully adopt our platform. You will combine hands‑on sales activities with team management, while contributing practical insights to improve our go‑to‑market approach. As a key role to connect Brazil and China teams, multilingual skill is required. In this role, you'll be... Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives (BDs), ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
