Capital Modeling Specialist

As a Capital Modeling Specialist, you'll provide the technical expertise to support the capital management framework including its capital models and other technical tools.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the enterprise capital modeling including an internal stochastic capital model as well as rating agency and regulatory capital models.
- Responsible for forecasting, scenario testing and stress testing surplus and capital adequacy.
- Develop and maintain other capital management tools and processes including capital allocation.
- Run ad-hoc analyses to support capital management requests and recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of all capital management processes and tools.

**Requirements**:
**Required Education**
- Required: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (mathematics, economics, actuarial science, etc.)
**Total Work Experience**
- Minimum Required: 2-5 capital modeling
- Minimum Required: 5-10 financial analysis experience
**English Proficiency**
- Minimum Required: Fluent
**Additional Qualification**:
- Command of one or more programming languages including Python/R/SQL/SAS required.
- Expertise in Excel required. Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge of capital modeling software preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Passion for continuous learning.
