About the Team

You will join the Regulatory Reporting team at a strategic moment, supporting the adaptation to new Central Bank regulations . This is the top priority position within the team, with a direct focus on Basel capital and Pillar 3 reports , playing a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and evolving environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Structure and ensure the quality ofregulatory reports such asDLO andDLI and internal presentations, with a focus on regulatory capital.
  • Develop, update, and documentinternal policies related toBasel capital requirements .
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance ofPillar 3 reports in accordance with Central Bank requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams toautomate processes and optimize report generation.
  • Support initiatives for compliance withnew BACEN regulations , with a sense of urgency and precision.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience inauditing orpayment institutions , with strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on experience withregulatory reporting (CADOCs, Pillar 3, DLO, DLI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of accounting principles related to capital adequacy.
  • Advanced English level – able to follow technical training and materials (fluency is not required).
Nice-to-Have
  • Knowledge ofPython andSQL for process automation and data extraction across multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with complex regulatory environments (e.g., BACEN, IFRS, Basel III).
  • Experience withBusiness Intelligence (BI) tools applied to regulatory reporting.
