Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Specialist to join our Personal Care/Household business. This is a remote role, and a very significant role within the Company and the EHS regulatory function. This position will report to the Sr. Director Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Regulatory compliance for personal care/household business unit
- Responsibility for the Americas regulatory compliance and some global requirements.
- New product introduction regulatory guidance and documentation
- Collaboration with cross functional teams
- Minimum travel
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 1-10 years in regulatory compliance supporting personal care/cosmetic/household products or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
- Regulatory certification preferred
- Project management experience preferred
