**MISSÃO DO CARGO**
Responsável por construção de marcas de cervejas Premium e Craft no canal de consumo imediato (On Premise) através de ações de visibilidade, promoção e treinamento com o intuito de gerar valor de marca através de experiências ótimas de consumo que visam encantar, recrutar e fidelizar clientes e consumidores nos principais bares, restaurantes, casas noturnas e hotéis da área de atuação.
**PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES**
1. Prospectar e positivar PDVs do On Premise Premium com nossas marcas de cervejas segmentadas do portfólio HEINEKEN Brasil, desenvolvendo uma relação de confiança junto aos proprietários e suas brigadas. (20%)
2. Aplicar MPOS das marcas, assim como serviços, objetivando a melhor visibilidade em cada PDV atendido. (10%) Executando experiências positivas com as marcas Premium.
3. Identificar junto ao trade, suas reais necessidades, desenvolvendo ações de valor, que permitam aos clientes perceber benefícios, e ao mesmo tempo gerar visibilidade e volumes incrementais das marcas Premium. (10%)
4. Observar atentamente os passos da concorrência, buscando as melhores práticas no mercado que conduzem ao desempenho superior (Benchmarking), canalizando as informações para a área de marketing. (5%)
5. Utilizar as ferramentas disponibilizadas, fazendo gestão do Budget e dos materiais que são disponibilizados, otimizando recursos, assim como aplicar o planejamento de rota e padrões de merchandising. (15%)
6. Treinar, fidelizar e incentivar brigadas e proprietários dos PDV´s. (10%)
7. Manter relacionamento estreito com a franquia (trade e vendas): Compartilhar as prospecções de clientes de alto potencial para potencializar vendas, aplicação de ativos tais como geladeiras, garrafas e garrafeiras, assim como limite de crédito para compras além de informar as tendências de mercado assim como movimentações da concorrência de forma a trabalhar em conjunto as ações táticas de mercado. (10%)
8. Buscar os resultados e objetivos estabelecidos referentes a volume e ativações com materiais de imagem, assim como treinamento de brigada e incentivos por marca e embalagem do portfólio da HB, focando as atividades nas metas quantitativas e qualitativas; (10%)
9. Reportar os resultados referentes a informações de performance de vendas por marca e embalagem, informações de budget utilizado por cliente atendido da carteira de clientes treinamentos de brigada executados e ações e movimentações do mercado, com informações consistentes e dentro dos prazos ao superior imediato. (10%)
10. Quando houver visitas de outras Opcos de Marketing no Brasil, o BP será o líder para montar um roteiro de visitas e apresentá-lo em campo. (5%)
