Account Executive (Executivo de Vendas) – Cuiabá/MT (Remote) at Clara
Clara is the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America. We are building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations and are looking for a self-driven sales professional to accelerate Clara's growth in Cuiabá through outbound prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
What you will do- Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
- Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara\'s value proposition to potential clients
Minimum requirements are listed below; preferred qualifications are a bonus.
Must haves- Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
- Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in Cuiabá, Brazil
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Experience in financial services, expense management software, or relevant verticals (e.g., Agrobusiness, Arts & Entertainment)
- Network within the local business ecosystem in Cuiabá
- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
- A good sense of humor
