Overview

Account Executive (Executivo de Vendas) – Cuiabá/MT (Remote) at Clara

Clara is the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America. We are building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations and are looking for a self-driven sales professional to accelerate Clara's growth in Cuiabá through outbound prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

What you will do
  • Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara\'s value proposition to potential clients
Who you are

Minimum requirements are listed below; preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Must haves
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
  • Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Based in Cuiabá, Brazil
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Nice to haves
  • Experience in financial services, expense management software, or relevant verticals (e.g., Agrobusiness, Arts & Entertainment)
  • Network within the local business ecosystem in Cuiabá
  • Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
  • A good sense of humor
