Customer Success Manager (CSM) é o profissional que realiza o atendimento das empresas clientes e as orienta no uso do produto ou serviço.**O que você vai fazer?**- Analisar a saúde da carteira;- Identificar oportunidades de upsell, cross sell;- Criar planos de ação para clientes em zona de risco;- Monitorar e executar ajustes contratuais;- Criar e acompanhar os planos de sucesso;- Criar e atualizar materiais de boas práticas e cases de clientes;- Fazer treinamento para os clientes;- Realizar EBRs com clientes demonstrando valor alcançado.
