Job Title: Infrastructure and Operations Project Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. This is a strategic role that demands someone who can excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Lead end-to-end management of multiple, interconnected infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for the IT infrastructure and operations function, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and future needs. Manage program and operational budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness of IT investments, and identify potential risks and issues impacting program implementation or daily operations. Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders across various departments, providing regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and risks. Drive adoption of industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant security protocols and regulatory requirements. About This Role This position will be responsible for planning, execution, and operational success of the organization's IT infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex projects and teams. We are looking for a professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure and operations. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-leading project management tools and methodologies.
