Key accountabilities
- Develop a strategy and product roadmap based our internal client needs and opportunities.
- Define KPIs for BAU and future product enhancements
- Manage and deliver a product roadmap
- Ensure that product definition, engineering, content development, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product life cycle
- Work with customers and commercial teams to identify key client features and needs for incorporation into the products
- Work with engineering, backend and other stakeholders in scoping different solutions, writing user stories, and preparing the organization for product launches
- Work closely with engineering and product to prioritize and manage product issues and backlogs
- Manage the test and review of product upgrades to ensure proper execution
- Conduct market research and monitor product performance to ensure that products are competitive
- Serve as a product expert and ambassador for internal teams and with customers
