Desafios da posição: Como Product Lead na Conta Simples, você será responsável por liderar um grupo de Product Managers (PMs) e garantir o desenvolvimento de soluções que gerem impacto para nossos clientes e para o negócio. Seu papel é guiar a visão de produto, alinhar prioridades estratégicas e desenvolver talentos na disciplina de produto.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar e desenvolver um time de PMs, sendo responsável pelo crescimento profissional e técnico.
  • Definir e comunicar a visão, a estratégia e os roadmaps dos produtos sob sua liderança.
  • Garantir que o time esteja resolvendo os problemas certos, alinhando as necessidades dos clientes com os objetivos do negócio.
  • Atuar como elo entre áreas como engenharia, design, dados, marketing e stakeholders executivos.
  • Conduzir rituais de discovery, validação de hipóteses e definição de métricas de sucesso.
  • Trabalhar ativamente na priorização de iniciativas, balanceando visão de longo prazo, entregas táticas e necessidades técnicas.
  • Ser guardiã dos padrões de excelência em produto dentro dos times sob sua liderança.
  • Influenciar decisões estratégicas em nível de negócio e produto.
