Staffing Solution Architect at BairesDev

As a Staffing Solution Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the definition of the skillset required by the client for Staffing Augmentation purposes, ensuring we align with them on getting the people they need for their projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You Will Do:

  1. Drive and manage the technology evaluation and validation processes, engaging with clients while providing technical assistance and guidance to address their profile requests' real needs.
  2. Conduct the final screening/interview process of candidates based on the information available to identify the best engineers to fit each position.
  3. Participate in meetings with clients to understand the engineering profile that fits their needs.
  4. Work with different tech stacks, interacting with clients, or interviewing across the tech stack: Web (Frontend and Backend), Mobile, QA (Manual and automation), DevOps, Data (Data Engineering, Data Science, Big Data), etc.
  5. Keep up with market trends and technologies you may not have worked with in the past.
  6. Provide training to candidates regarding different technologies.
  7. Work together with the Sales team to improve the time to market of the resources the clients need, considering the feasibility of their requests.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  1. 5+ years of work experience.
  2. Experience in the IT industry.
  3. A proven track record in software development, with experience/knowledge in different programming languages and areas of software development.
  4. Technical presentation and strong communication skills.
  5. Advanced English level.
