The Revenue Operations Manager is a pivotal role that oversees and optimizes our entire go-to-market tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
This includes streamlining tools, reducing redundancy, and integrating platforms to support efficient workflows and drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing our GTM tech stack
- Acting as SFDC administrator and power user, managing workflows, fields, objects, and automation
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes
- Building and maintaining reports/dashboards for key metrics
- Leading tool onboarding and offboarding
- Resolving data gaps and syncing issues between systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models
- Hands-on SFDC admin experience
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and sales, marketing, and customer success connections
