Join to apply for the Human Resources Manager - Brazil role at Knight Piesold USA Overview The Human Resources Manager role will lead employee relations, recruiting, benefits, HRIS administration, payroll, and training for the Knight Piésold Brazil operation. As a member of the Knight Piésold HR team, this position is key to ensure seamless delivery and execution of a full range of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing, directing and driving HR initiatives and have a passion for strategic thinking and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead employee relations, recruiting, benefits, HRIS administration, payroll, and training for the Brazil operation. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR initiatives and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. Develop career development plans, assist with updating pay grades and positions for succession planning, and plan team-building activities. Execute effective recruiting efforts for open positions, including writing job postings, resume reviews, interviewing, outreach, and offer letters. Oversee time and attendance, employee onboarding, terminations, and payroll closure in compliance with Brazilian labor law. Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor law, social security obligations, and occupational health and safety requirements; conduct onboarding for new hires including data entry in HRIS, benefits, training on processes, programs, policies and information systems. Serve as HR subject matter expert for Brazil employment laws including hiring practices, employment contracts, working conditions, and pay equity. Manage complex, high-volume HR processes and develop scalable HR operations solutions. Qualifications Ten to fifteen years of human resources experience; experience or knowledge working in/with the United States is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, People Management, HR, or Business preferred. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and CCT-related matters in Brazil required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities. Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and team-building skills. Bilingual English/Portuguese required. Strong influencing, relationship-building, and results-delivery capabilities. Judgement and decision-making skills to improve employee service and address privacy/compliance issues with urgency.
