Human Resources Generalist

About the Role This is a hands-on position that provides essential human resources support to team members and clients in LATAM countries. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to drive HR initiatives, provide expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Responsibilities include assisting with various HR tasks such as driving process improvements, delivering excellent internal customer support, and executing people initiatives. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing workloads. Key qualifications include experience in human resources functions, client-facing experience, and advanced English language skills. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desired. 3 years of human resources functions experience in tech companies is ideal. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are required. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently are essential.
