At Klick Health, we turn insights into actions and drive solutions that change lives.**Work term**: Permanent, Full-time**Location**: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)Klick is seeking a**Your mission will be**:- Monitor selected, owned social media accounts for mentions of client pharmaceutical products, identifying and analyzing comments, complaints, or discussions related to MSD drugs- Utilize social media listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Social Bakers to collect and analyze data- Prepare detailed reports on social media mentions, sentiment, and engagement- Report adverse event occurrences, maintaining strict adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations- Work with international accounts across Europe and Latin America, understanding the cultural nuances and language specifics of each region- Collaborate with the Strategy/Social Strategy team to develop insights and strategies based on social media analysis- Occasionally interact with clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and representing Klick Health's standards- Ensure all communications and activities are aligned with the serious nature of the pharmaceutical industry, avoiding informal language or emojis in professional settings**What tech skills you bring**:- Up to 2 years of experience in social media analysis or a related field- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, with strong English language skills- Proficiency in social media platforms and a heavy user of social media- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and the ability to create organized and compelling presentations- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy- Curious and inquisitive about new social media trends and enjoy discussing same with other skilled strategists- Responsible and attentive to the implications of social media analysis in the pharmaceutical industry- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work**What unique attributes you bring**:- Serious and professional approach to managing social media within the context of pharmaceutical marketing- Sensitivity to patient communications and an understanding of the importance of accurate reporting in the healthcare sector- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in client interactionsLI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid- Klick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
