Team Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Senior Analyst will lead the brand's content strategy and planning across proprietary social networks, internal and external stakeholders, insights and health metrics.
Its function is also to guide the agency to create materials and tools for content strategy, in addition to creative projects in an agile process and adherent to the speed required by the business and social networks. Support stakeholders from different areas - Marketing, Growth, PR, CX - in order to promote brand positioning, aligned with the narrative and consistency in Social. Manage crises that impact Social and suggest action plans for brand reputation.
Lead a team of content producers and strategists to regularly create content to be promoted across all Content Marketing channels. Make data-driven decisions to achieve goals and take the content and team further. Ensure brand consistency and growth of brand platforms on Social, in line with company objectives. Manage content agencies and influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic Social plan
- KPI management (health, engagement, reach) in order to generate insights for the business;
- Reputation management and follow-up of the brand in social media, acting in the prevention and handling of crises - governance, production of reports, impact analysis and risk matrix;
- Management of social listening tools, as well as production of reports with analysis of perception and brand image, and health/tonality.
- Monitoring and analysis of competition in the social media environment.
- Dissemination of insights, dashboards and analyzes in order to contribute to the business as a whole, interacting with other areas and the marketing team;
- Integration and support to the social analyst, to ensure execution of the plan and achievement of OKRs defined for the area;
- Stakeholder management to define prioritization, communications and posting opportunities according to planning;
- Audience management and engagement in proprietary channels - creation of guidelines, alignments and weekly follow-up meetings with the Social CX area, weekly reports and action plans;
- Identify content opportunities and promote actions that build planning based on relevant insights;
- Monitor, analyze and report channel performance. If they are not performing well, analyze and suggest changes in the strategy;
- Ensure the nativity of the contents and suitability for social platforms, to ensure optimization, efficiency and final results of the campaigns
- Management of suppliers involved and the entire chain of content creation and social media.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Significant experience as a social media and/or Community Manager;
- Knowledge of social media metrics: reach, engagement, and other KPIs.
- Domain of Facebook, Instagram, Reels and Google, in addition to posting and monitoring tools;
- Working knowledge of the Facebook ad platform;
- Knowledge of listening and responding tools;
