Hardware Development Engineer We are seeking a skilled Hardware Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of complex hardware systems. Key Responsibilities: Hardware Design and Development: Design, develop, and test complex hardware systems, including circuit boards, microcontrollers, and other electronic components. Component Management: Manage component libraries, ensure compliance with standards and best practices, and optimize component usage to minimize costs and improve product performance. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure successful product launches and on-time delivery. Technical Leadership: Participate in defining and implementing technological decisions, contributing new ideas and suggestions for new products, features, and updates to existing products at the component level, schematic design, process, and development tools. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware design, development, and testing, ensuring high-quality products meet customer needs and expectations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Experience: Proven experience with component library management, PCB design and layout, and advanced English proficiency. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location: Must reside in Campinas or nearby areas and be available for on-site work.
