Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer

Electronics Development Specialist The ideal candidate will oversee the strategic management of electronic components, design printed circuit boards, and collaborate with product engineers on hardware development initiatives. A significant requirement is residing in or around Campinas and being available for on-site work. Main Responsibilities: Register electronic components and maintain them according to industry standards and best practices; Contribute to the development of new products at all stages of the hardware specification and development process, providing support for production and field operations of developed products; Participate in defining technological decisions alongside product engineers, offering innovative ideas and suggestions for new products, features, and updates to existing products at the component level, schematic design, process, and development tools; Assist product engineers in developing new implementations or modifying current products, ensuring project goals regarding timeline, cost, and quality are met; Suggest and/or define electronic components to be used in products, architectures, and integrated circuits for projects, focusing on suitable solutions considering cost, performance, and technology aspects; Monitor product certification and testing, analyze identified failures, and suggest corrections, contributing to continuous process improvement by reducing failures and development time; Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with component library management (registration and maintenance in Pads, Altium, or Xpedition); Advanced skills in PCB design and layout; Exceptional English proficiency;
