Understanding our responsibility and our need for change, we are conscientious that ‘Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility’Key job responsibilities- Execute the day to day tax compliance activities regarding PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ICMS ST, EC, IPI and ISS and possibly other indirect taxes calculation including tax returns filing;- Crosscheck and validate tax obligations;- Document, implement, optimize and improve the processes/procedures for tax compliance;- Work with other stakeholders including Accounting to prepare tax calculation records and ensure accuracy of tax returns;- Interface with various stakeholders in the company including business partners, accounting and finance;- Update and control tax dashboards monthly;- Help attending tax authorities and government agencies on tax assessments, tax audits and any relevant tax issues;- Help coordinating and reviewing activities of tax contractors when necessary;- Help to prepare tax requirements for a varied of projects and performs tests.- Able to extract, analyze, and review data being focused in tax compliance;- Ability to understand and work with ERP systems (previous experience with Synchro and Oracle systems).
